We are headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio and serve clients throughout the Midwest. We have short term warehouse facilities available in Dearborn, MI and Cincinnati, OH and are prepared to secure temporary or permanent facilities as needed, where needed.

We are able and willing to travel. ASAP! This varies based on the level of services we are asked to provide but our response time from initial request to containment for a typical visual sort at a location we are already supporting is 2 to 4 hours. We are extremely flexible when it comes to supporting your needs and are able to travel on short notice.

We can assist in the development and updating of these tools but typically the component supplier develops the actual documents and plans.  We are familiar with all of the above as well as other industry standards such as 8Ds, problem solving, root cause analysis, TQM initiatives, etc.

These are typically customer originated.  We are capable of measuring typical go/no-go parameters with tools such as: Gage pins, calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, thickness (coatings), electrical continuity and resistance, surface roughness, etc. 

Our rates are competitive with industry standards and can be based on an ‘hourly’ or ‘per piece’ charge depending on our customers requirements.
